Coming Back To Yourself is a small, guided 4‑week online hypnotherapy experience designed for women who have spent years putting everyone else first and are now ready to return to themselves.
Through weekly live sessions, emotional reconnection work, and subconscious healing, you’ll gently release old roles, soften long‑held patterns, and step into a grounded sense of who you are becoming.
This program blends clinical hypnotherapy, inner child work, emotional release, and guided subconscious transformation in a safe, intimate group setting.
