This hypnotherapy session for adoptees was created to help you gently access and release unresolved emotional layers connected to adoption — allowing clarity, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of self-acceptance to emerge.
This is not about blaming, reliving trauma, or forcing forgiveness.
It is about healing what your nervous system and subconscious mind have been holding onto for years — sometimes since before you had words.

Many adoptees intellectually understand their story, yet still feel emotional pain, anxiety, hypervigilance, people-pleasing, or difficulty trusting themselves or others.

The primary session is a deeply restorative hypnotherapy experience designed to guide you into a calm, receptive state where your subconscious mind can safely process and release emotional material connected to adoption.
During this session, your mind is gently guided to:
Release emotional charge from past experiences
Create a sense of internal safety and stability
Shift subconscious beliefs formed around worth, belonging, and identity
Allow compassion — for yourself and your story — to naturally emerge
This session is intentionally structured to support emotional regulation, clarity, and integration.
This is a Therapy Session, created to be listened to 1 - 3 times, to help you heal. This session is not intended for repeated daily listening. Your daily work should always focus on your new patterns and how you want to be and feel. (mini session)

Hypnotherapy is a natural, focused state of awareness — similar to deep relaxation or meditation — where the subconscious mind becomes more open to positive change.
You are always aware, in control, and able to stop at any time.

The subconscious mind becomes receptive to healing and reframing
This is where deep emotional patterns are stored — and where meaningful change can occur.
