Welcome to week 1 of the program. For your first session we are taking the steps to prepare your mind for change. Today we let go of anything holding you back from believing you can change. We also begin to create new beliefs to replace the old negative beliefs around your self worth.

In session 2 we begin to let go of the old thought patterns and beliefs and the emotions attached to them. We begin to train the subconscious mind that it is safe to let go of the past so that you can be in the present and at peace and with confidence.

Session 3 is a powerful one. Today we are doing a regression session, this means that we will use the emotions holding you back, to go back in time to the first time you ever doubted your worth. As we do this, we allow our authentic feelings to come to the surface so that we can then let them go in a very powerful exercise that will train your mind that when you let go of those past hurts you are free.

Session 4 reinforces all the work we have done so far, as well as helping you to find your internal seat of power and own it. This is a very powerful exercise that will help you to feel grounded and confident in who you truly are.

You will receive 4 hypnosis sessions, 30/40 minutes each. Listen to 1 per week, like a weekly therapy session.
You will also receive 2, 10 - minute daily sessions. This will help to get the new beliefs anchored into your subconscious mind. One is a meditation, one is to listen to while active, this way you get it in every day no matter how busy.
